Binkley & Associates LLC was established in 2010, acquiring agencies that were 31 years old at the time, and is well established in the community. Our Prescott Valley location conducts almost all business over the phone and has dedicated teammates to network and build our online presence. The most important thing is our familiar and professional culture, offering weekly unity meetings, training and celebrating each others successes, offering continuing education opportunities, getting involved in the local community, and working together as a team to accomplish our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to provide a seamless client experience.
  • With your excellent rapport-building talents, youll be building clientele via telephone prospecting, cold calling, and warm leads.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in assisting live lead transfers and will be responsible for triggering leads to meet sales goals.
  • Utilizing your negotiation and listening skills, you'll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.
Requirements
  • An Active Property & Casualty License is Required. Can obtain a license prior to start date.
  • Previous Insurance and Sales Experience is Required.
  • A team player who is willing to participate in weekend on-call rotation.
  • The ability to build rapport with excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Must be a goal-oriented, self-starter.
